nice learned something new there. i tend to naturally tap the pedal gently just prior to solid application without knowing helping this phenomenon was the rest. was just my attempt to initiate braking more gradually so im not unsettled.

I had this happen to me once at the end of a long straight .. and I thought I was fucked.... said my prayers.. then braked again and it worked... read about knockback and ever since then I double tap before long hard braking zones..

It usually happens to me at Watkins Glen going into corner 6 after the busstop where I use a lot of curb.2 dabs at the pedal and I have a hard pedal once again.

Yeah a double tap is key at a lot of tracks and can keep you out of trouble
