Thx for comments. If someone's interested they can make me an offer. I'm not going to list it at a give away price. Most people that cry about the prices are not even buying cars. So no worries.
The monthy is $1322. Which isn't high considering your getting a 2 year lease with 15k miles per year.
Thx again

You bought an m5 for 79k?
Or lease one for two years and 15k a year for 1300? Nothing down?
How's that possible?

How's that possible?
$89k brand new (MSRP was about $99k), 3 year lease for 10k miles a year - $1100ish a month with a .00128 Money Factor. What was your MF and what was the residual at the end of the lease? My 2013 M3 (with the same MF) was about $75k MSRP and for 3/10k miles I am paying under $900/mo. Granted, it's not a Lime Rock (not being sarcastic)...because I love the Orange of your car...but $1300 and change sounds high to me. And out here in Cali, our sales tax is more than Virginia's (where I assume you are from), so someone from Cali leasing that car is going to pay more in sales tax each month too....

Here is also what I don't understand. How does a 2 year lease have 24 months left on it? 2 years is 24 months...so you have only had the car for days/weeks? And put 1500 miles on it in that short time and now want to flip it? I know you are probably saying..."hay, if you don't want to buy the car, why do you care?" And the reason is because I think people who try to sell their cars on forums should be prepared for other members to ask them questions. It's the reason people post "Is this a good deal?" or "How much should I pay for this car?" The less information you put up about your car, the more questions you raise. The more transparent you are, the less members probe. At the end of the day, it's a gorgeous car....but the lack of details in your original post motivates me to help shed more light on this car for potential buyers.

I have had it a year. It has two left on the lease. It was 36/10. So still over 9500 miles a year left. Hence 2 year lease 28800 miles left.
My lease was not a bargain lease bit IMO it is now for someone else that wants a short lease
Residual is like $50k.
Honestly I didn't put a full detailed thread cause I wanted to get. Real interest first. And since there was two other lime rocks does sale doubted I would.
I never had any plans to sell it. But I am getting an I8 and an i3 so I want to try and sell it now if I can.
Oh and $1322 is total payment with everything.
I'm in Texas

Holy smokes, not to take away from your thread man but I'm paying the same for a FINANCE AND I am in Canada where the M3's sold for 90/95k+. Whoever sold you that BMW ripped you off. Sell it and call it a day.

just to give you some perspective. i recently leased a 550i. MSRP was $74K. nothing down but inception fees (first month, dmv, etc) and 7 MSDs. for 15k/yr (yes 15k, not 10k) i'm paying $760 + tax. with 7% tax my payment is $819. thats with nothing down. not trying to make you feel bad, but just letting you know there is almost no way in hell your going to have somebody assume your lease. your only option will be to sell it/trade it in, but you'll also take a huge loss. if your not hurting financially, keep the car for the duration of the lease and enjoy it. it's a beautiful car. just learn to negotiate the lease better next time.
