I want to get the Genuine BMW M Performance Steering Wheel - Blue Stripe, but I don't know the difference between that one or Genuine BMW Performance Steering Wheel (non-electronic).... I'm just no quite sure what "non-electronic" means, can I still move my center "electronics/airbag" to this steering wheel. In any case I need some assistance with that, I want the Alcantara over the entire steering wheel rim flattened at the bottom, 3-color M seam and motorsports blue central marking (or red) in fulled nappa leather.

The "non-electronic" is referring to the electronic display on top of the steering wheel (or lack there of) the Electronic Performance Steering wheel has.

Here's a direct link to the one you're looking for. You'll still transfer your airbag, multifunction buttons, and trim. Also, the alcantara trim specifically for this wheel is also available here. (select the alcantara multifunction trim from the dropdown menu)
