which one to buy

Hey all!
I am new to this forum and have a few questions to ask.
I have been wanting to get an M3 for a long long time.
I have found 2 that I found are nice and possibly good buys.
Both are Certified Pre Owned
The first one is a 2005. It has 18" rims, Harmon kardon sound system, leather with heated seats, and 27,000 miles on the clock.
They are asking 46,000. I thought that it was a little high. I checked the carfax and it was fine but the car came from a dealer auction. The salesman said that also. I test drove it too and it was awesome
I am wondering should I be concerned with it coming from an auction?
Also how low do you think I can get it for or what should I aim for?

The next one is a 2006. It also has the 18" rims, leather with heated seats, Harmon Kardon sound system, but also it has navigation. It has 12,000 miles on the clock. They were asking 49,850.
How low should I go on that too?
The salesman said that it came off of a lease and it looked like new.

Thanks in advance

Turbonator - I love that color. Once again, good luck with the sale.
