Why is the format different!!! I hate it

About 3 days ago the format on the Mobile phone (iPhone), everytime I load it up its not like how it was before. My PC loads up e90post the normal format but the phone loads up this format for phones. I can't stand it and I have been using this forum much less because if that. Is there way to change the format back to how it loads up on my phone like before. This is terrible the way it looks

Agreed it's terrible on the phone now, though frankly the bimmerpost app has always been buggy.

I have not used this forum until now just to get some feedback on how I can change it to load up differently. If this continues I guess for sure it will make me spend less time on here. This is terrible who ever thought to do this.

I don't have the apps. I refused to get it because I couldn't stand the way it looked. I have been spending most of my time on other forums as they all load up like it does on my PC

Still shows the same format on my Windows Phone.

I don't think OP is talking about the app. The mobile version of the site defaulted for me the other night (for the first time) when viewing using safari on my ipad. I agree, it sucks big time. And there was no link to display the regular site (like most mobile sites have). But then last night, the regular 'pc' version of the site displayed for me (as it has for years now).

So not sure what is going on. I hope when the mobile version is finally running all the time there is an option to view the regular version.

Correct. That's my gripe. There should be an option for full version viewing. Not smart but I will check back in when they fix this. I refuse to use this forum as I can't stand to use it with this format

^Ya, just checked on my phone and it is back to the mobile version. They need to add link to view full site asap.

ya i noticed this too. they changed the website to detect if you are using mobile as they have a mobile version now. im using chrome on android and you can request the desktop(full) version. i dont know about apple but if there is a browser that has this option then it would work like before.

When using browser to read forum scroll to VERY bottom of any page-there is a button there to switch back to 'desktop site' u have to do this for each major section of forum u visit (such as the 3 forums, or M3 forums) after u do it once it defaults to desktop site everytime you load thru browser...

Mods, please weigh in on the decision of allowing a desktop option. We loose a lot of functions with this mobile only view, and it's frustrating
