Problems with passenger door

Hi,

I have been experiencing a lot of noise coming out from the passenger door recently. At the beginning I thought it was the glove box but after carefully trying to understand where the sound was coming from , I found that it actually came from the door and near the up speaker.
Then I found that the inside part of the door (plastic) was a little loose from the door.

And as you can see on pic number 2 there are wear signs that the door has had a lot of contact with the glove box side.

Does anyone know how to properly adjust this part of the door ..

i'm attaching some pics

Thanks
