Mini Cat for CEL

I'm surprised that nobody has mentioned the use of mini cats for the CEL

Rather than a tune or R-delet which basically just turns off the light, has anyone tried this with their exhaust?

I use this on my F430 with extenders and it works well.

I've done similar with modified HELP! spark plug anti-foulers that you can get at most auto part stores for $5 or so. Works fine with the cars I've done them to, however I'm not sure how much clearance there is on the E9X M3... if there room for the o2 sensor to extend out further without hitting the tunnel.

No need to. You can buy a Burger Down Pipe Fix for $95 and it will simulate the 02. You would have to buy two of those minicat things and they may not work. I communicated with the person about them and he was not very convincing so I decided to save my money. Spark plug anti foulers or 02 extenders even with restrictor fittings will not do the job. I tried the ones from Vibrant.
