I am #5 on the list at one of the largest BMW dealers on the east cost. I paid $1000 at the beginning of 2006. My order form is marked and signed for sale at MSRP.

I would like to know if it’s legally possible to transfer my spot on the list for the highest bidder?

They are selling for MSRP or in some cases less.

If you were #5, you should have ordered your car by now. I am also on the East coast and was #9. I ordered my car in Feb and it is in production as of last week.
