Yea, I keep my black mamba. Going to manual wasn't worth it once I really thought about it. I would rather just buy a beater manual like you did and keep the DCT. Plus this thread makes me want to SC mine and I seem to think DCT would be better for me with a SC.
Funny you say that as I'm paying a visit to Cobb this Saturday for a tune/dp install.

If you ever want a ride in a Supercharged DCT M3, just let me know.

PS, I'd like to run you at the next strip event in a GTR w/ full mines exhaust and DP plus Cobb AP tune. It's getting all the goodies now. You'll probably rape it and to be honest it would be an awesome site seeing an E92 pull on it!
Thanks Mike! Good stuff, there is going to be some amazing cars there, and 1000+ HP GTR's, it's a lot of fun you will enjoy it! Glad to see you are going to attend.

I definitely agree with your statement on the 60-130 times! Plus it's more fun to see how cars stack up against one another in a safe controlled environment!

I think what really needs to happen is for you and IMG to meet in the middle of the country and battle it out.

Blue Pill vs Red Pill
Haha, love it, would be awesome to meet up with IMG and do some pulls, and just hang out, he's a great and we've supported each other through the builds on our cars, and thank you Alex for all the kind words and support.

I agree...the stars, moons, planets must have aligned for that guy with a VT600 kit to run a 6.16. I honestly also doubt there is another E9X M3 that can touch your car. It deserves to be at the top of that list.

I hear you, that time was insane, I had 4 different qualified people check it and it was good, but I know it's tough to believe, but that particular enthusiast also holds the WR for the best 997TT Tune/Exhaust and E9X M3 NA time as well, so he knows how to do it. Thanks for the kind words, I'll give it another go when I get the chance.

No, first pull (#4) was 91 octane in December, 2nd (#13) and 3rd (#15) pull were yesterday, so it added 20+whp over 91. The 1st run 91 octane, 2nd run 94 octane and Meth, 3rd run 94 octane / E85, ~80/20 mix. You can see in the 2nd run the AFR's go pretty rich do to the Meth, probably set a little too high, but it still made really good power. Personally I would not add E85 to a VT2 kit, unless you are monitoring it and know what you're doing, it leans out the mixture quite a bit, and the stock fuel pump is at it's limits with a VT625 setup, especially in cool weather.

Actually I think if you added some race gas, maybe a few gallons of E85 as well, you would make more power than me, as you're running a couple more psi, I'm pretty sure it would be a good run Broski.

Ill try:
93 + meth
93+race gas
93+race gas+ meth
93+E85
93+E85+meth

BTW,My built motor turned 20K yesterday

Looking forward to those results, 700whp is easily doable, but on 91 octane, probably not possible, stay safe in that snow storm Broski!
