Mostly on Sport setting. If its a bumpy track, I set it normal.

Edwin,

I use normal at Sebring and liked sport at VIR and Daytona. Normal at Sebring was better in T1,T9,T14,T15,T17. I'm on GC "middle" springs.

I've toggled between normal and sport on ZCP suspension at LRP. Sport feels a little more planted with better turn in.

I concur

Even reading a manual isn't necessary. It's common sense if you are in to your cars.
