Clearing adaptations effecting hp
I have read this numerous times and tried to read on the subject but I am not understanding why clearing adaptations intself, even on a stock ECU yields horsepower? It is eluded to numerous times that when putting a tune on for example, some think much of the hp gain seen right away is simply clearning the adaptations on the car.
These are referring to the different fuel trim numbers I assume? If a car is running in healthy form, than why would there be any adaptations that are negatively effecting horsepower Can someone explain this please? |
