Ben Shapiro wants everyone to have guns but you are not allow to have porno, he thinks porno is evil and should be ban. Yeah he is a constitutional lawyer.

He only believes in some of your rights not all, well only the ones he agrees with.

He is also a staunch critic of judicial activism, supporting judges whom he believes interpret the United States Constitution according to its original meaning. He has advocated significantly modifying the jury system as it exists in the United States.

Have you not heard the famous line from Justice Potter Stewart which he said "I would know it when he sees it", meaning that government can not really determine what is obscenity so you can not deny people their porn (I am taking some liberties and paraphrasing an obvious complicated first amendment issue)

I don't think the statement you quoted by Justice Stewart can't be used as a reference for saying porn cannot be regulated; you took it a little out of context. And in fact, he did rule with the majority that "hard-core" porn is not protected.

I thought Shapiro destroyed Piers. Really, i was impressed. He not once stooped to the level of piers, he not once tried to change the subject.

Piers kept going from losing fight to losing fight hoping to win one. As far as style goes you can interpret that how you will. Every step of the way Shapiro stuck to the subject and stuck to the specifics that were being dealt with while piers tried to bring up ridiculous arguments that quite frankly, were easily shut down by Shapiro.

Favorite part:

Shapiro: He also had two hand guns. Do you think if he didn't have the assault rifle he wouldn't have used the handguns?

He's just a puppet paraded about media outlets commenting on shit he knows nothing about. He skims lightly through many current affair topics, and often challenges the most specialised in that field with a very simple understanding of the subject matter. The man paints a bad picture of the UK.

That's my biggest complaint with Piers Morgan, and other liberals who are on the far left on this issue. They can make a point without throwing up the dead children of Sandy Hook, but because the mental image of gunned down innocent children helps their sensationalist goals, they don't care if they throw pictures of them up on Facebook, or twitter for the whole world to see and weep over. Some of these liberal wack jobs scare me as much as their Rush Limbaugh counterparts.
