Item Interest

Our customer is looking to sell his ESS VT2-625 kit. It will come with the following:
-Vortech V3Si supercharger unit.
-Vortech Maxflow Race bypass assembly.
-Uni-belt drive system with additional OEM quality rollers.
-8 High Capacity Bosch Motorsport fuel injectors (Spec 3).
-Perfectly optimized, dyno tweaked MSS60 ECU software with removed top speed governor, calibrated for spec 3 injectors.
-CNC hard anodized brackets and hardware.
-K&N high flow air filter.
-High temperature casted plastic intake system for SC
-High capacity liquid intercooler system (VT2 only).
-Cast aluminium ESS intake manifold with integrated lightweight velocity stacks optimized for boost.
-High temperature silicone hoses with clamps
-Detailed, step-by-step installation manual.
-Heavy-Duty drive belt.
-ESS oil breather assembly designed for boost.
-All installation hardware included

It has about 10,000 miles on the unit and everything that needs to be replaced has been replaced by us.

Our customer is asking $9200 shipped

this wont come with software unless the owner was able to negotiate that with ESS. Generally the new owner needs to buy software from ESS.

Exactly, which is why I was asking because the description states 2 year warranty as well as software are included. Almost seems like it was copied and pasted from ESS without consideration.

To clarify our 2 year warranty on hardware is only valid for the original owner. Software has to be purchased on kits that are being transfered to a new owner / vehicle.

Someone should jump on this deal, so far one of the best I have ever seen on the forum.

The ess kits are bullet proof, and worst case scenario parts are cheap to replace.

Can VS please verify the condition on the blower?

This isn't a good deal. There is a Black Edition 625 kit for $1000 more for sale, but wait.. you have to buy $1000 tune here and have no warranty. Other kit comes with FULL warranty AND software.

So.. as mentioned earlier, this kit is same price as Black Edition kit ($1000 more from ESS) that comes with warranty. OP said will adjust price, but has yet to do so. I'm close to pulling trigger on something.... innie minnie miney moe!!!!

Yeah, i think the same way too. I'm thinking of buying a supercharger kit too. But now there is a used one + $1000 for software +installation is almost the same as the brand new kit that comes with software and warranty. I just don't understand the price, like how to convince people to buy the used supercharger kit if the price is almost the same as the brand new kit.

I used duty calculator to verify for canada. Seems there's no duty on superchargers/turbos.

With taxes at 8800 it comes to near 10000 canadian.
Plus tune ( 1000 ish ? )
So that's 11000 .
At 12 000 new from ESS it comes to 13 500.( shipping not included)

what do y'all say ?
