Nice job!
What is the whole deal with the adaptations on the Dyno sheet? What does that mean?

Nice results! I've already done the AA green filter. I'll be doing a primary cat delete soon and will add the AA tune once you crack the 2012 E92 ECU.

The adaptions for VANOS, Throttle, Fuel, Knock etc. were cleared before we did the final pull. After the car is tuned it takes a while for it to "adapt" to the new settings. We just sped the process up by resetting them.

Mustang dyno numbers are lower than dynojet from what I've seen.

Increases look real good for the mods. Is 325whp stock normal though?

The mustang dyno sure isn't the best for forum dyno contests but it sure is great for tuning engines and that is more important to us then a high reading dyno. |

It still surprises me that the difference between a Mustang Dyno's numbers and... well... all other dyno's is still unknown to so many. 414HP advertized @crank * .8 (20% driveline loss) = 331.2HP... 325HP is not far off for a back of the napkin calculation. ...oh, and great results. ![]() |

Thanks for explaining, and how long does the adaptation phase usually take?

90 percent of folks here in the USA anyway do not get the full power unless they are running 94 octane. This engine on 91 or even 93 likely does not give its full horsepower unless the air is cold, no humidity and the conditions are perfect. Whereas a turbo bmw puts down their numbers and more. Unfortunately this is one engine that is probably overated compared to all turbo bmws which seem to be very underrated |

Thanks for sharing Andrew! Does the owner have any plans for a HFC or cat less XPipe? I'm curious to see what overall gains you guys can achieve with that addition.

Nice gains. They don't call it the hearbreak dyno for nothing! I pulled 448/326 on a mustang dyno with my ESS 535 kit and catless gintani setup. Your closer to 390ish on a dynojet
