A few teaser videos of Past Mfest.....

BMW MFest V "The Ultimatum" April 22-24, 2011 Las Vegas Nevada - YouTube

*For those on the EAST COAST cities Like :
ATLANTA, NEWARK, BALTIMORE, BOSTON, MIAMI/FT.LAUDERDALE, ORLANDO/TAMPA, Virginia Beach, TORONTO to mention a Few.

I understand that driving 3000 miles losses its appeal after 1000 miles but trust me it is worth the trip. Last April 18, 2012 I drove from Killeen, Texas with the Central Texas Mfest crew AFTER a 3-plane/ 32hr flight from Northern Afghanistan so i was Tired and worried that it would NOT meet my expectations and I was wrong!
I landed one day BEFORE we were scheduled to begin the Drive and the excitement kept me awake that whole Night. we were 6 deep from Central Texas, then met up with a few more bmw's up to the Ft.Worth meet spot #2 then another 5 cars there and rolled out of Texas 16 BMWs and 1 Porsche deep. met the El Paso crew, New Mexico crew, Florida crew and Chicago crew in a hotel 1 hr past Alburqueque, NM and we were easy 25-30 BMWs Deep all the way to Las Vegas, NV

anyway, what I'm trying to say is Im using my connections/associations in the auto transporting world to get quotes together from these cities both Open and Enclosed to help those forum members and enthusiast that want to go but do not want to drive that far alone or at all. the realistic Minimum should be 6 cars

Unofficially but i think Technica Motorsports in Atlanta is trying to make there 1st Mfest Appearance with "a couple" of there "shop cars" then another 4-6 members who would rather transport and FLY as aposed to driving. others understand that the drive to Mfest is a BIG part or worthwhile thrill and Fun of it all.

so far:

Boston - $

Newark/NY - $

Baltimore - $

Virginia Beach - $

Atlanta - 10 cars (4 of which maybe from Technica Motorsports) - $700

Tampa/Orlando - $ 750

Miami / Ft.lauderdale - $750

And any other city/town that can get 6 Bmws who's rather transport as aposed to driving all the way to Las Vegas!

I will update the Price Quotes once I hear back from the Auto transporting companies that insurance checks out for validity. Personally, I enjoyed the Drive there with all the other BMW owners and would transport back home.

let me know what you guys would rather do and i will see what i can get done!

For us East Coasters, we have an annual event known as MPACT.

Yeah, this is my point.....

Mpact - 2 years old, still just a one-day, "parking lot" type of an event....

No comparison to MFest

6 years and Growing

3 "WEEKEND" DAYS OF EVENTS IN VEGAS......i.e.

- Guinness Book of world record Attempt to break the record in the am
- 1/4 mile Drag strip on Friday afternoon
- then party into the night in Vegas
- Saturday Morning back @ the track for HDPE Style event all day
- then party all night.....in Vegas
- then Sunday, an afternoon POOL PARTY....did i mention this is in Vegas?

it took Years for Mfest to culminate into the weekend of awesomeness that it has become.

MPact is still young but hopefully in Route to be just the same only difference is its on the east coast.

my point for the multiple post in multiple forums is simply to get the idea out to EAST COAST members who would love to go but do not want to drive, kool transport your car there and you fly. crazy fun being a part of a HUGE CARAVAN OF ONE MANUFACTURER.....BMW!
