2010 E92 M3 with 49000 miles for $42k

Black on black
DCT
premium
tech
1 owner no accidents

would probably need to spring for extended warranty as well

Car is high on mileage...not sure if that alone should make me walk from this

Mileage isn't that bad depending on when it was purchased.
