Up for grabs is a set of City Vision halos, purchased through Bimmian for $180.

These are quite a bit brighter than OEM, and the colour temp is around 6500k I would say. They're definitely more blue than white, and modernize the look of your ride.

I'm sure there is. There's all kinds of angel eye upgrade kits and they're all similar in their installation. If you search, you will find. It's one of the easiest DIY upgrades out there.
