LUX angel eyes - dim drivers side halos

The photo is poor, but it seems the passenger side halos are much dimmer then the drivers side which is bright. Both sides were bright when I did the install six months ago. Has anyone else experienced a noticable difference in brightness from side to side of their Lux angel eyes?

Check to see if the bulbs are in all the way but if not, call em up. I haven't had any problems so it might be a faulty bulb.

I actually had this happen to me and I was like WTF. These are new bulbs, they're out of stock now. What's going on?? Then I cracked open the headlight and found the bulb somehow came out of the socket...

Try reseating them and then get back to us.

Thanks for the troubleshooting help, but the bulb is seated in the socket. I checked the connectors all were OK. I purchased the bulbs used, so I'm probably out of luck.

check and see if all 4 LEDs on the bulb are lit up.

Take a pic at dusk a little farther and at a lower perspective. It may just appear this way to you. Sometimes my LUX look a little off to me, but not others. If anything ask the guys at LUX if they can repair them.

if you clearly see the difference in brightness, contact LUX and he will change immediately once the problem is identified.

My lights, somehow looked 5000K at one side and 6000K at the other side. Sent it in, Lux immediately replaced to the right matching LEDs. They have great service+communication.

i got mine as a gift and don't have a receipt. They only charge me $40 bucks when the power supply died...they have excellent customer service in my book, they were dealing with the hurricane aftermath when i called them too...and still took care of me promptly.

Great advice...I'll call LUX CS and report back. Another picture of halos only - no lights. The passenger side is definitely not as bright as the driver side.

LUX is an excellent alternative to stock but I had one of my power supplies go out a month out of warranty and the car only had +/- 6000 miles on it. Power supply was $40.00 as someone else noted and considering they had to remove and reinstall it and ship it back it was not that bad but I was bothered that is lasted so little. I hope to get more than a year out of the replacement.

LUX does have excellent customer service and the turn around was more than acceptable.
