Brand New M3 having navigation/radio issues

I've got a brand new 2012 M3 I picked up 4 months ago and sometimes when I get in the car and start it up, the navigation and radio does not turn on. Through-out the time I'm driving, it looks like it tries to start up, occassionally the BMW logo pops up and I can hear a fan or something turning in the dash, but it doesn't. Its happened twice since I got the car. Anybody else have this issue? Any help greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

The only time I had that issue was when my battery was near dead. The car started up but it took awhile for everything else to boot up. so it seems

Its a brand new car, just did the 1200 mile service and I mentioned it to the dealer, but they said they see nothing wrong and to bring it back if it happens again. I doubt its the battery. Thanks though.
