BFG g-Force Sport COMP-2 or Mich. Pilot Super Sport?

Yes I know everyone raves about the Pilot SS and it's probably one of the best summer tires money can buy, but the BFG has some really good reviews and test results on Tirerack. The price is also $350 cheaper. What does everyone think?

Imagine what you can do with the extra $350 instead. Does it make that much of a difference?

Never ever think those thoughts.

If you start thinking about what you could do with the $350 you save getting a lesser (though still good) tire, pretty soon you'll start thinking about what you could do with the $20K+ you could have saved by getting a lesser (but still good) BMW 328 instead of an M3.

A car enthusiast's sanity depends on resolutely NOT thinking about the other things the money spent on his (or her) hobby could buy.

You get what you pay for. Nanking tires seem to be well priced
