Steering wheel thickness...

I have been looking online for a M3 and it seems as though some cars have thicker steering wheels, are my eyes deceiving me?

Think that's an online thing, they shouldn't be different unless someone has an (obviously) aftermarket wheel.

We had a thread about this a while back. The steering wheels are all the same.

Edit: here's the old thread.

The leather tends to chafe if rubbed vigorously.

I like the thickness of the OEM M3 steering wheel. There are some thicker options or even customized thickness you can choose.

I prefer my steering wheel thick and plush, so that I can rest my head and take a nap when I need to

Just hold on loosely, but don't let her go
If you cling too tightly,
You're gonna lose control
