RMFD engine is sold by BMW dealer.

They told me that generally, repair or changing parts include engine and trans by warranty uses official BMW RMFD parts.

If not covered by warranty, you can choose new or RMFD.

My M3 was produced at 6/2010 (LCI version),
29300km, N/A engine, akrapovic evolution exhaust, red line 10W60, daily driving, track-day driving about 5~9 times.

Although I am very understanding person, this whole situation does not make common sense at all.
BMW Korea requested numerous documentation for proving oil changes and etc. I have provided all of requested documents, and also have got answers from Mahle group that their filters are exactly same as BMW filter.
BMW Korea still denying the warranty as of today. I believe there are many flaws I can fight back legally on BMW Korea’s statements.

Xking situation..

RMFD or new, Which is better?

Red Line 10w60 is considerably thicker than the Castrol Edge Professional TWS 10w60, FYI. Not saying that was the cause, but running oil that's thicker than necessary doesn't help.

reman engine => $11000

$26,000 in labor? Are they high? Even at $180/hour, that is 144 fucking hours.
