Macht Schnell Stage 2 Intake - Need Clarification.

Guys,

I need some help.
I have already installed the Macht Schnell Stage 2 Air Intake Kit but I have a slight problem. The small ducting which is supposed to fill up the gap as I have circles in RED doesnt sit aligned anymore and it does not completely sit end-end. Some pictures from install doesnt even install the ducting piece as in the second photo.

In the third photo, it doesn't even show the small duct installed. As from Macht Schnells installation video, they left it as per like Image 2 without installing the other piece which channels air into the air filter box. I am very confused.

I have managed to install everything but the small duct does not fit properly. It basically channels air directly into the air box like a form of RAM AIR but I am not sure if by not installing this part, is there any issues??

Any ideas???

Slide the little connecting duct over the center ram air piece (to the left) and have it rest/sit on the air filter compartment (to the right). Then place the cover on the air filter compartment and bolt it down. It can be a little bit of a tight fit in that corner, if so use a little pressure on the cover as you tighten down.
