This vehicle is in immaculate condition. Basically brand new. Huper Optik window tint has already been done ($750 German tint job). Adult driven, adult owned, interior is flawless. 1,000 mile M service was performed on time. Break in procedure was carefully followed.

Car is also fully coded by Mike Benvo of BPM Sport. All features on the new iDrive have been unlocked (video in motion, trunk open/close w/ key, cameras at any speed, auto door unlock, list goes on...).

This vehicle has an MSRP of $104,495.00. Car includes the Driver Assistance Package at $1,900, Executive Package at $5,500, 20" M Wheels at $1,300, B & O Sound System at $3,700. Loaded vehicle, not like most base or executive only cars.

Payment is $1,599.99/month + tax. I will pay the $500 lease transfer fee and give an additional $3,000 cash incentive to whoever takes the lease over.

GLWS but BMW M lease programs on first year models are usually extremely high. Makes more sense just to purchase them instead of leasing. It would work for someone planning to buy after leasing as the car should be worth more than the buyout. BMW plays it safe with their residuals on these first year models and have high interest rates (money factor). This is really the market you need to find without having to offer a much larger incentive ($10k) IMO. Just trying to help you with the sale!

I'm sure it's not what one wants to hear but for that lease you can get into some $120-$140k cars. Have done this so I'm not pulling figures out.
