I've seen too many suspension horror stories on cars that have been to Sonic. With that said, you can't really install an exhaust wrong.

Sonic is good, dealt with them before for mounting lip, diffuser, and balancing/mounting tires.

Miss aligned exhaust installation, not properly torqued clamps, exhaust leaks, exposed wires, cross-threaded O2 ... these are just a few that I can think of ...
