Battery options in Canada other than OEM

Well, the time has come for the battery in my '08. From reading the forums, I see that I'm not the first. What I haven't seen is many people saying what they replaced the original with. Canadian tire has an AGM option, but I'd like to see what else is out there as their battery doesn't match the OEM CCA and A-h rating (900 and 90).

So, what are my options (yes, I know I have to code the battery to my car)?

have you looked into optima. do not know if they have any that will match up to your ride but I know if I needed a battery in my m3 they would be the first place I would check. fyi tho, they are on the pricey side

Personally for something like this, I say stick to OEM. These cars rely so much on the electrical system that it's really not worth the possible savings in cost to justify using something else in my opinion.

+1 Totally agree. The OEM battery is as good as you will get.
