Please Help - Black/Chrome M3 Edition Grills/Side Gills??

Can someone please confirm the part numbers for the Black/Chrome Edition Grill/Side Gills for a 2009 E90 M3? Please don't confuse these with the Black Performance Grills/Gills.

Here are the part numbers I have:

51137979349/50 - OEM Black/Chrome M3 Edition Grills - E90 M3
51137981105/06 - OEM Black/Chrome M3 Edition Side Gills - E90 M3

Based on posts by some forum members, the side gills are only for E90 M3's made on or after 09/2010.

Can someone please confirm these part numbers are indeed for the OEM Black/Chrome M3 Edition Grills/Gills?
