Yokohama AD08 and Michelin Pilot Sport Cup

so after a long and very much thought out process, i finally decided to fit up my E92 with 265/35-18, primarily for Autocross.

I've narrowed it down to the Yoko AD08 and the Michelin Sport Cups.
What i'm trying to figure out is, given all the great reviews on the AD08, are the Sport Cups going to give that much more grip?

Again, i'm looking for best lap times in AutoX and price is not a factor...just looking for what's going to give the best grip.

I've searched and searched and can't find much on this specific comparison, so hoping folks can share thier thoughts/experiences. Thx in advance!

They will give slightly more grip and wear way faster. But they require more heat than the AD08 to get max grip, so that might be a weakness for AX.
