Opinions on Gasoline or Radiator Additives?

The discussion about what gasoline forum members are using got me thinking of a broader question. Have you used any fuel or coolant additives and what did you think? Good results or waste of money?

BMW Fuel System Cleaner (which is Techron, and can also be purchased at most auto stores) twice/year. Highly recommended by many. Hard to say if I see direct results, but I think it is the right thing to do. Good luck!

fuel additives (octane boosters) increase .1 octane per bottle...
pretty much a waste of money.

I run an entire can of Seafoam through 1/2 tank of fuel about once every 5,000 miles or so. I swear by it.
