Dealership attacks a brand new 2014 Audi S4!

Dealership attacks a brand new 2014 Audi S4!

Got your attention ; ). Here we have a brand new 2014 Audi S4 that came to us for new car prep which turned into a full paint correction, Opti Coat, and Xpel Ultimate Installation.

What we thought would be an easy routine job turned into much more. The dealer induced a lot of linear scratches from doing the customer a favor and removing snow off the car at deliver, unfortunately (I see this a lot) the dealer delivered the car at night....... Please join us for another dealer fix write up.

I'll let the photos do the talking now.

That was on a brand new car? Totally ridiculous. My used E92 with 57k miles from an unknown dealership was in better shape than that.

Nice work as usual. In a case like this, to your knowledge does the customer ever get any retribution from the dealer?? Or once it's off the lot, too late.

it does happen, dealers don't like paying their prep guys much money and this is a reflection of it.

yes I believe the customer has been taken care of .

Garage List
I would of rejected delivery for the paint AND for the holes they drilled on that car.

I always have it in writing for the dealer not to prep my cars….. do safety check and hand me the keys! We are all happy :-)

Amazing job as always.

Great save. if possible I try to drive them home with hood tape, interior plastic intact and do the work myself.
