Gray C63 AMG Instigating a race

Driving the M3 on the streets I'm sure most of us here have been provoked to race by other drivers one way or the other. I get accustomed to it actually. But today while cruising I287 my M3 packed with liquors and food for thanksgiving I encountered this dude in a gray C63 AMG trying to instigate a race. I thought, Oh boy here we go again... tried to ignore him and made gestures that I decline bec. my car is packed and heavy. Instead, he kept circling me and kept revving.. what a douche. My car is stock and I know it's not gonna win on a straight line, wish I had one of those LED signs that says "meet me on the track Sunday instead".
Just wondering if anyone encountered this guy before

what was the license plate? did it start with a 'j'?

Grey c63 coupe, young kid driving? hes local to me I see him acting like an idiot all the time
