Remove Delete-R before warrenty work?

Hey-

I have an appointment for a few issues and wondering if I should remove delete-r before dropping off.

Issues are unrelated to mods which are only akra evo + delete-r.

Issues:
Started with vibration under braking
DCT is starting to feel sloppy..
On tight corners (90 degree) now getting lots of noise/vibration (initially thought from rear end/binding but now not so sure)

Thought I had warped/cracked rotors but maybe bearing or ???

Should I remove delete-r? I'd like the updated software (have a 2011) while its in and planning on taking tech on a test drive to replicate issues...

What's you relationship like with the dealer? Some won't care about it, while others might. + it's not a tune so regardless it won't be overwritten by them.

I've only had my car in once before so no relationship. They can update the software with the delete-r in place, right?

They denied the update since no codes and couldn't replicate any issues. They did however replace front rotors and pads due to vibration caused by uneven rotor thickness

Now looking for best Akra Evo tune!
