Passenger seat was out. Rear bottoms and side cushions out. Fold downs still in. Took out approx 75lbs. That made it fair against VAC running race seats up front. I gained 1/10....that's it!

He told me he's not into 1/4 mile running anymore and that's fine....different strokes for different folks. All i know is I'll accept any challenge from any VF, gintani or AA car. No internal mods or NOS allowed. It's a drivers race. Perfectly example was my run against Steve's 535. That was close in my book and I've got 100crank hp on him
You probably don't have 100 crank on Steve as he's not an OTS VT535, and in the vid you pulled away nicely, or am I missing something? The ET/trap may have been somewhat close, but cleary if it was a mexico pull you'd kept pulling.

Street tires PSS.

Also want to point out Scott had front seats taken out as well as rear seat plus race gas after lunch i believe.
Good point, I'll add the weight reduction from Scott's car to the 1/4 mile thread. If you trapped 122-123 that sounds about right for that DA, versus the 126MPH you hit in far better DA. I'm just curious how you managed to rape Lost Marine, but you were not able to out trap him, maybe Scott's right DCT even from a roll is a drivers race.

My car didn't have idle valves issue back 3 weeks ago. As you sensors or this idle valve valve issue can happen at anytime.

Dct is a drivers race from a roll? First time I have heard that one.

Good luck with your Record M33. You can do it!

It was a joke, but if you start in the wrong gear or shift early it certainly can affect the outcome.

Thanks Andrew !
For the record I couldn't hook with meth off and that 11.00 was with meth off and
Not to mention the Launch control shifted me in 3rd ( with out asking too mother bitch ) after it detected major wheel spin in 2nd it short shifted me into 3rd so in this
Run I had no 2nd gear it was a 1-3 shift with down time in 2nd ....

Drew now I see what you were saying goto the track with DR's or don't go at all save your car the beating.

Akash is Good people trying to make the best out of his kit and it holds its own !! Kudos .....

I'm not satisfied until I crack VAC's time and I'm 18's with DR's away from it ....
I have people keeping me posted for any track events or ill start another one who's down ??

We had a blast! Thanks for the guys that set it up.

From what I've gathered...Line lock and DR's are definitely a must to get max max performance.

As for tires, I was on Nitto NT05

The 997tt was running consistent 10.7-10.8 STOCK. Here are some pics of some of the cars throughout the day as well as my personal best slip
