Re-lease? Never heard of BMW re-leasing a vehicle though that doesn't mean it hasn't happened!

You either buy the car at the end of the lease or simply return it and buy/lease something else.
Current: 2011 Space Grey E90 M3, DCT, Comp. Pkg., Conv. Pkg., everything but Cold Weather Pkg!
Gone: 2008 550, Space Grey, Sports Package, Sport Auto Transmission.

Call and ask to extend the lease a few months.
Ask me any construction and renovation questions you might have! NYC

You could probably lease the same car again with a third party financial institute. I doubt bmw's own finance system/company will entertain. Be prepared to pay a fairly high interest rate as it will then be a used car that you want to lease. I can't tell from your financial situation, but leasing another car would make more sense in most cases.
