Saw while walking my dog this morning, thought it was kinda funny.

Probably transferred from another car. My college roommate had two Taurus SHOs in sequence so he had the plate SHO.7. His next car was a Wrangler and he kept the plates even though they made no sense. It's not as obvious as this one but probably a similar scenario.
