Best dealer in NY metro area for servicing

i currently go to Rallye BMW to have my car serviced, not so thrilled with their work... I have a 2012 E92 fully loaded except for 6MT. Thank you for your attention.

I go to Rallye and deal with Dennis..so far they have treated me well.

I have been to Hassel, and Pace BMW..both of which suck

EDIT: Bayside too..sucks

Hassel is worse than Rallye. I can't speak for Habberstad or other locals since I haven't been. What was the issue with Rallye?

I've used Habberstad for 5 years. Never an issue. My technician, Tommy, at the Bayshore location is the only person I let touch any of my cars.

I live in NYC but drive out to Prestige BMW in Ramsey, NJ. They're great.

DO NOT GO TO BMW OF MANHATTAN, they are horrifying, I asked them NOT to wash the car, because they dry it with the crappy white towel that causes swirls.

They said "they didnt" but the car came down dripping water. I ended up bringing the car to a detailer to get it fixed. SA named Zach, horrible.

Other than that, Paul Miller is great, I take it to Life Quality for Dan Wallace, awesome dude.

+1 if you can make the trip out to Bay Shore. Huntington not so much.
