99% sure those are HFC. I don't think that Fabspeed puts resonators there.

Front cats are HFC, removed secondaries and add resonators. This setup is amazing combined with the OEM back box or Akra. I did both and really enjoyed this setup.

The price point is super low also. These typically go for $1300-1500 used.
