What doesnt make sense to me is that if someone gets cheated by someone on the forum, why havent the people that were cheated posted this on the iTrader of the offender? This person has no negatives at all. Isnt that what that system is for?

Isn't it why we have the sale forum in this community for members. To buy and sell bmw stuff according to our needs. If one has money, that doesn't mean you have to spend it all

don't wait. Dispute the charges with your CC company, have them refund you.

If you ever get refunded, great, and if you do, just write a check to your CC company.

I do buy lots of parts from vendors on this forum. he contacted me through pm.
He keeps monitoring these forums.

The simple answer is find out who he knows on here, get there info, take his business name find the asscoiatea business number by searching for it in business classifieds, and better business bureau, lodge complaint to BBB, and if you dont get what you should get then tell the police... and if it is mailed with false mail tracking then thats mail fraud which you can get the FBI and USPS involved. The police can find out who he is and where he is throug his website info and who is hosting it etc.

Lots of ways to get his info ! and get what you deserve.
