For those of you just out of warranty... the infamous idle control valve replacement - Page 2

Not sure on the wheels, but they do replace whatever tires are on there.

I had them replace a stock 19" a couple years ago, didn't have aftermarket wheels at that point so I can't answer for sure.

I'm going to look at my papers and see if the same was done to my car under warranty. I got a feeling this was more.
