Thumbs up Dutch driving instructors can now accept SEX as payment

Here's an article that I came across today.......I need to be giving lessons to hot 18 year old Dutch Bitches in my M3.

Dutch driving instructors can now accept SEX as payment

Driving instructors in Holland are now legally allowed to accept sex as payment for lessons.

Yes – that’s 100% correct.

The new law, called ‘Ride for a Ride’, has just been introduced by the Dutch government for any student as long as they are over the age of 18.

Prostitution is legal in Holland, if the person has a valid escort licence and pays their taxes on a self-employment basis, with this new law taking things one step further.

But not everyone is impressed by the ruling.

Gert-Jan Segers, from the conservative Christian Union Party, tabled a question to the Dutch parliament saying the practice should remain illegal.
Responding, Netherlands Transport Minister Melanie Schultz van Haegen and

Justice minister Ard van der Steur said: ‘It’s not about offering sexual activities for remuneration, but offering a driving lesson.
‘It is important that the initiative lies with the driving instructor, and focuses on offering a driving lesson, with the payment provided in sexual acts.
‘When a sexual act is offered in lieu of financial payment, that is prostitution.’

Web searches for ‘Ride for a Ride’ have apparently increased after the law got the green light.

There is no new law called 'ride for a ride' in the netherlands.

However it is legal as there is no law specifically against it. (and this is pretty old news btw, discussed in the parlament last year...)

Although I wonder how they they settle the VAT. I mean in the end its a transaction between a company and a private person, so I even wonder if they looked at that.

Cupping the balls is a good Value-add Tax equivalent - adds aboutt 17-20% of goodness to the deal.
Although, passing it on tot he government could be... awkward.

How is this noteworthy? Both parties have to be adults and legal prostitution isn't any new thing in the Netherlands.

I'm just saying its old news....
And incorrect news at that! (so yes, I actually HAVE read your post)

Basically you're posting incorrect facts. There is no new law called ride for a ride. There hasnt been any new law instaded in this matter.

Here are links to 5 articles that post it as "ride for ride". Be a hater on them not me and write those editors for a story correction since its so important to you.

I didn't write the articles. I didn't make the fucked up law and I certainly don't give a fuck about your fucked up country.... but I do like making fun of it.

You don't even own a BMW. Why are you here?

I figured that since I don't drive at all, it wouldn't matter that I'm not driving a bmw.

I'm sooooo fucking stubborn. My tyre guy called me to yell at me. That's bad, especially in finland.

Yes I know you're just passing on incorrect information, and you're using the excuse that you didnt write it so that releaves you for doing proper research and thinking for yourself.
If someone comes along and explains how it really is, it just gets you more mad. Strange attitude

And as you seem to write " I didn't make the fucked up law" you still dont seem to understand as there hasnt been made up a law for this.
The reality is nobody cares about this in the Netherlands, except some religous bigoted morons that asked questions about it in the parliament.
If you want to know the real story this is the letter the minister of justice and minister of transportation wrote in reply of the questions from that religious parliament member:
https://www.rijksoverheid.nl/binarie...rijscholen.pdf
But I doubt you consider it interesting reading as it's not nearly as sassy and shook up as the stories you have been looking for.

Dude of course it is. Freeing prostitution is bad where as hiding it is good.

A former mate of mine is a prostitute. When I talked to her the last time, she said the only bad thing with her profession is the young males who think in europe they can handle themselves as they've seen in the movies.

I like how you can get paid to fuck on camera for the whole world to see, but if some lonely bloke wants to get his rocks off it's illegal in the sanctity of his own home or brothel.

Decriminalize it, turn it into a business that pays taxes that gets dumped into the economy, people who don't get to fuck, now get to fuck, and the world is a better place.
