Hi guys a buddy of mine is selling a 2009 e90 space grey with 38k miles pack with premium, technology,sunroof,edc, parking sensors, dct transmission. He giving me a friend price of 42k +ttl. Please give me suggestions

Unless it's in "average" condition, that does sound like a friend price. It's a grand or two more than he could get trading it in, but that's it.
