We're selling our 2008 BMW M3. It's a super low mileage car with just under 25k miles on it. It is a very rare color combination, with a space gray exterior and extended fox red leather interior.

It has (MSRP was 69870):

Cold Weather Package
Premium Package
Park Distance Control
iPod / USB
HD + Satellite Radio
Enhanced Premium Sound

Private Seller. Second owner. No accidents. Always maintained on time. Oil service last month. Front tires are new, rears have plenty of tread. Always garaged and babied. Change in work makes it more sensible to sell it than keep it, but selling is not necessary. Would just like to find it a good home. CPO Extended Warranty runs until 6/2014 and is transferrable to the next owner.

Just dropped the price to $46.9k. Had multiple offers of around this price in the last month or so from people who had never seen the car in person. Had a buyer at $48k but he ended up not being able to come up with the money. If you're seriously interested and see the car in person, you will end up buying it.

thanks man. everyone and their brother wants to pay 46k (i have had over 5 offers at that price within weeks). fair price is 46.5k (or 46k depending on how you want to look at it) + $2000 for the extended warranty. (48-48.5k) - this is consistent with all similarly optioned low mileage cars i have seen at dealers. willing to do 47.5k, which is a deal
