Need Advice on Potential E92

Hey guys, so I've fallen in love with a 09 MB Red E92 M3, and have setup an appointment to go see the car tomorrow. Its fully loaded with the exception of extended leather ... something I can live without. Although one thing that troubles me is the fact that 4 year / 80k km warranty runs out this October, which is way too soon. I would like to know how much you guys think I should be paying for this vehicle, and how much I can expect to knock off the advertised price; or does anyone feel like I should hold out on this car. Personally I feel 54-55k would be a fair price for this car, but would like to have your guys input on this matter. Thanks in advance!

I just bought my M3 which is the same year and body style. Biggest difference is the mileage with mine having 39kms. List was $66k with it CPO'd.

I'd see if the car can be certified, it will give you the piece of mind you need. The car is worth it.

Since this is BMW of Mississauga, it's a pretty good bet this car is a CPO which gives you an additional 2 years ext (160k) on top of the factory. If asking is 63k, pretty sure you're going to have a hard time getting it for 54 or 55k (that is 8-9k off asking). Usually CPO cars you have to add a few thousand extra.

When I bought my CPO, asking was 60k, I got them down to 56k (mine is an e93 though, so maybe harder to get discounts on these) - but that was during summer peak, since summer is winding down, you might get them to knock off a bit more since these cars don't sell as well in fall/winter.

Obviously would've liked to get a better deal (tried to get them down to 54k), but I was happy with the price I paid and it was within my budget.
