What should I pay for this 2010 m3?

I want to buy a 2010 M3 E92 with 19,000 miles on it. It is fully loaded including navigation, premium package, competition package...so many more options. It has a rebuilt title. They are asking $41,000 for it. Are they asking too much or is this a fair price?

edit: oh right.. if it's salvage it should be low 20's.

Rebuilt title? You mean savage title? If it is a savage, definately no.
If the car was involved in a bad accident where the frame had to be fixed, $41k is still too high. I am thinking high $20k to low $30k. There are only few places where BMW aluminum frame can be fixed but some good body shops can fix it but the car will never be good as it suppose to be. If you shop around, I am pretty sure you can find a car in perfect condition with clean title in mid $40k. It took 3 months to find mine and some dealing and bought mine mid $40k.

Congrats on your m3!! The frame was not touched. The dealership bought the car and fixed it themselves. They have all the paperwork of what has been done and they also have pictures of how the car looked before the repairs were made. I am willing to pay 30-35k for that car but just don't know how to negotiate since the price is already low.

No experience with salvage title cars, but do have experience with salvage title bikes. For bikes, it's typically 30-35% less than similar clean title bikes. I hope this helps.

IMO, they are asking way to much for a rebuilt title. First off, you should try to find an M3 in perfect condition. If you are set on getting this one, do not pay the dealership more than $35k.

Are you sure you want to spend $40k of your hard earned money on some rebuilt title car? Get a clean 08 or wait/save more!

If your not opposed to purchasing a wrecked car, here is one that has an accident but the title is not rebuilt. I talked to the guy and he seemed like a good guy purchased it at a BMWFS auction. Was told it was right rear qtr panel damage and that he had it inspected and there was no frame damage......take it for what its worth.

Fully loaded car though looks good in the pictures.

i wouldn't touch a salvage title car for $30k even. I agree with the above...find a clean low mileage 08 for that much or less.

Yeah I am set on getting this M3, but I am having a tough time finding a bank to financing it. Hopefully I can negotitate them down to 28k-30k so I can pay in it full.
