McKenna Performance

Just wanted to share my feedback on a recent experience with McKenna Performance. Marco provided me the absolute best pricing in the marketplace
and had all parts delivered to the dealership in time for my appointment. Further he communicated (email &phone) really well with me back & forth leading up to the install date. This is big in my book.

In the service department I was greeted by Victor Oh the service manager and Lisette Sendejas who wrote up my paperwork and took care of me.
Lisette is a long-time BMW employee and an enthusiast in her own right. In fact after having had work done now at New Century BMW, Savage BMW
and BMW of Monrovia Iíve yet to encounter a service advisor with her enthusiasm & knowledge. She was quick to point out the increased exhaust note from my Akra-Evo system and it was in a very positive way. No dealer phobia about modifications here. Itís obvious this dealership understands the unique needs of enthusiasts.

From there I waited for my vehicle in the very comfortable cafť area with complimentary beverages and WiFi. Prior to my vehicle being completed I took a stroll outside their neighboring lots to take in the sights R8s, 991, Panameras a ton of beautiful cars abound. Once my service was complete Lisette personally escorted me to vehicle and I was on my way about an hour and a half later. All in all a great experience and I would definitely recommend them. I will be going back myself.

I cant say enough good about these folks.
Just my one experience buying parts and having them ship to my overseas address. They LOST money on the transaction thanks to the shipping costs. But they didnt have to and still did it anyway. That = care about customer.
Great place, I will come by if I am ever in the area just to shake hands...

They delivered me brand new e92 m3. with rushed wheels next morning i noticed. I will never buy from this dealer again aside from a car not even a key chain
