Nope, they let you walk around pretty much anywhere there which is awesome. Press passes get you the really good spots though.

Awesome photos!!!! Love ALMS races. Nice shot of Mr. Rahal mingling with the team members in that last shot.

Special shout out to Kathy (the blonde in the second to last photo). She gave me and a friend an incredible tour of the BMW hauler and was our personal guide during a "hot" pit stop at Mid Ohio a couple weeks ago. It's really quite the production!
