Roadforce balancing in DC area?

Is there any shop in the DC area that does balancing using Hunter Roadforce? I got my track tires mounts and there's still a vibration around 80mph which I would like to eliminate.

I don't think Radial Tire does this, and aim not sure anybody will be able to eliminate the vibration without the specialized equipment.

Any suggestions are welcome!
