Performance Friction 08 Compound for your M3

08 Compound is one of the PFC newest and have gained immediate favor in Endurance Sportscar, and GT racing due to its peformance in applications where smooth initial bite is a must. 08 have a slight friction rise with temperature, excellent release and modulation characteristics, and very low abraded disc wear. In addition to its considerable performance, 08 wears the longest of all PFC pads and easily matches wear of the other competitors with much higher bite.

Compare to Z-rated ones, which one is more street friendly? (not track)

Have the Perf. Friction guys decided to put the spring clips on the back of the pads like stock yet or are they still "bare?"

Still clip-less.

These are endurance race pads. If you are okay with the dust and noise, you can certainly use these on the streets. We have customers drive on PFC01 and Hawk DTC series pads on the street all the time on their dual purpose cars.
