2000 528i BMW w/ tiptronic vs. stock Hondas

So me and my friend (who owns aa honda civic and a honda civic si) where argueing which would win in a race? just need some opinions before i decide to race him.

*all the cars are all stock*

Sorry but the e39 528i is slow...if your gonna use the tiptronic feature it's even worse..either way good luck and stay safe.
