Getting Ink off of Leather
Whats up all. Just wanted to let you know something that worked for me. When I picked my car back up from the valets in my building, I noticed 3 ballpoint pen marks on my Fox Red leather on the side opposite to the DCT shifter. My first thought was "Fuck" and this is going to set me back a lot to have it cleaned...
But then someone at work told me about isopropyl alcohol. Went out to Walgreens and bought a bottle and then judiciously applied it to the ink marks and within 2 minutes all of it came off w/ minimal leeching of the red leather staining. Stuff works great! hope this helps someone else.

Always use some kind of leather conditioned after you use alcohol since it dissolves all oils
You'll have a dry patch in the leather

Leather Master™ Ink Remover (P-Protected / Coated) is designed for removal of recent (within 48 hours) ink contamination. Ink marks older than 3-5 days may not respond or will only be lightened (). The biodegradable formula is very easy to use (wax-like stick container) and works well for all types of ink as well as lipstick

Depending on how long the ink stain has been on it, the Leather Master Ink Away would be a great option
